The WNY Premier Division will feature 10 teams for the Spring 2022 UPSL season. Coming back are 2 time defending champions Roc City Boom, and 2 time runner ups Syracuse FC. Also returning from last year are FCY NY, Invictus FC, Krajišnik FC, Greater Binghamton FC, and Upstate United FC. FC Berlin come over from the Midwest Conference, and the Rochester Lancers and FC Dutchmen come in as expansion teams. 

The season starts on April 3 with Upstate United hosting newcomers Rochester Lancers. The season runs through June 19th as each team plays each other once while playing one team twice. 

After the 10 game regular season commences, the top 4 teams qualify for the playoffs, with the winner advancing to the Northeast Conference Finals.

The Northeast Conference Winner will play the Midwest Conference winner for a spot in the National Final 4, which is going to be held in Chicago the weekend of August 5-7.
